This hotel is situated close to the Washington DC downtown and all the main objects of interests in the city. The location is very convenient for some boat trips, for example, to Mount Vernon tour. Staff workers are very kind. The rooms are always clean and quiet. And, of course, I like very beautiful view of waterfront and marina nearby.

Very run down and the whole facility had a bad smell to it.

The proximity for the Mall and also Potomac The hotel have a pool. It is cool during a steamy and hot summer. Please excuse my english,i am a french canadian who not speak english very often. :)
The hotel needs a big job to refresh the decoration.

The people at the reception desk let us use their computer to send a few e-mails.FREE Parking!!! Indoor pool just a block away. Friendly, helpful and smily. Quiet.
There was dirt in the drawer of the table in our bedroom. I left it open so the slening person could clean it during the day, but they did not, but they did close it.

This hotel is a good value for the price. We found our rooms clean and well appointed. The underground parking was free and easily accessible from the hotel. The only negative was the proximity to Reagan Airport (noise). For us the mile walk to either the Jefferson Memorial or the Smithsonians/Mall was perfect. I would definitely stay here again when traveling with family.

The gym was a couple blocks away and the staff didn't seem to know much about it or its hours.

Room was spacious, well furnished, clean. Nice view of the potomac River and the port of Washington. Mattresses and pillows were super comfy. Circulator bus stop right in front of hotel, 5 minutes for $1 to city center. Or 15 minute walk. Neighbourhood is nice, . I recommend this place to the budget travelers
